A valid agreement between the customer and LOU Jewels exists when we have received the order confirmation and payment.
LOU Jewels reserves the right to accept or refuse orders. Upon simple request, the customer will be informed of the reason for refusal. We can only accept orders from adults. If a minor wishes to purchase an item, the order must be placed and paid for by an adult.
All products offered by LOU Jewels are described and displayed in as much detail as possible. The colors displayed may vary slightly from reality because each monitor has different settings. Additional photos can be obtained upon simple request.
As a customer, you agree to these terms and conditions when you order from us.
ORDERING AND PAYMENT
Our jewelry can be ordered through the webshop or through our head office. The order is final after written confirmation of receipt or verbal agreement.
Payment is possible via Bancontact, bank transfer or credit card and is made via a secure connection. The jewel will only be delivered after full payment of the purchase price.
DELIVERY/PICKUP AND SHIPPING COSTS
Most jewelry is in stock and can be delivered quickly. We apply a delivery term between 1 day and a maximum of 5 weeks. After receiving your order, we will send you a personal message with the exact delivery time.
When your jewel is ready for shipment/collection, you will be notified. In case of shipment, you will receive an email with the track and trace code. In case of pickup, we will make an appointment for pickup.
LOU Jewels cannot be held responsible if your package is stolen. Please try to accept your package yourself or by someone you trust.
The shipping costs within the EU we take for our account. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us so we can give a correct price indication.
Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package. Send us a clear picture and description via email or Whatsapp. We will solve it for you as soon as possible. email@example.com – 0474 673 787 (Bart) of 0486 953 435 (Melissa).
If your loved one or yourself are not satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us to see what we can do about it. A refund is not possible under any circumstances.
Prices are in Euro and include VAT.
LOU Jewels cannot be held responsible for errors on the website. We have the right to change the indicated price in case of errors.
Prices may change from time to time as a result of gold and diamond prices. The price to be paid by the customer is the price at the moment the order is placed.
An engraving costs € 30. If you wish to do so, please put this in the comment section of your order. We will check if this is possible in your jewel and keep you informed.
In case of an online order, the right of withdrawal applies.
This means that within 14 days of receipt, you can return your jewel without stating a reason and receive a refund.
This is subject to the following conditions:
- must be unworn and undamaged
- is packed in its original packaging
- is returned (at your own expense) or brought in to our headquarter: Schupstraat 9-11, 2018 Antwerpen
Customization and physical purchases at our headquarter are not covered.
There is a 2 year warranty on all our jewelry. This starts from the date of purchase.
Warranty includes manufacturing defects, faults inherent in the product and breakage (within 6 months of purchase).
Wear and tear, customer manipulation errors, breakage (more than 6 months after purchase), loss, theft and poor maintenance are not covered under warranty.
All images and information on our website are property of LOU Jewels. Copying or using them for professional purposes of this is prohibited.
Customer data is only used for shipping and billing purposes. We never share your personal data with other parties.
