WITHDRAWAL RIGHT

In case of an online order, the right of withdrawal applies.

This means that within 14 days of receipt, you can return your jewel without stating a reason and receive a refund.

This is subject to the following conditions:

The jewel

• must be unworn and undamaged
• is packed in its original packaging
• is returned (at your own expense) or brought in to our headquarter: Schupstraat 9-11, 2018 Antwerpen

Customization and physical purchases at our headquarter are not covered.
